Your parcel’s journey
Day 1:
We receive your order, process it and create the p-trak generic label. Your customer receives dispatch confirmation and tracking details.
Day 2:
Shipments are transferred to delivery partners. Tracking is updated.
Day 3-4:
Shipments received by final mile network partners. Shipments sent to local delivery locations. Tracking is updated.
Day 4-5+:
Depending on the destination country, shipments delivered to Customer or Pick Up Drop Off (PUDO) location. Recipient receives delivery alert. Tracking is updated.
